The ACT Pakistan Festival Committee is a diverse and dedicated group of community leaders, organizers, creatives, and volunteers united by a common mission: to honor and promote Pakistan’s rich legacy through Art, Culture & Taste (ACT).
Each year, this committee works tirelessly to coordinate with esteemed partners — including cultural institutions, nonprofit organizations, student associations, local businesses, and government agencies — to produce events that showcase the vibrant spirit of Pakistan in Houston and beyond.
Our flagship celebration, Pakistan’s 78th Independence Day Celebration 2025, is one such example. Powered by the community and supported by the Consulate General of Pakistan – Houston, the festival reflects our belief in unity, diversity, and cross-generational connection.
From art exhibits and musical performances to authentic food bazaars and cultural showcases, our mission is to create unforgettable, inclusive experiences for the entire family — while fostering pride, understanding, and togetherness.
We welcome volunteers, collaborators, and new ideas that further the ACT mission in future events, education, and cultural programming.

Yes, the festival is completely free and open to the public. However, due to indoor venue capacity limits, all attendees must register online in advance. Tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis at www.actpakistanfestival.com.

The ACT Pakistan Festival offers live entertainment, cultural performances, a kids activity zone, arts exhibits, a Pakistani shopping bazaar, and a variety of traditional food vendors. It’s designed for all age groups to enjoy and celebrate together.

To be eligible for the raffle, you must be checked in on-site before 5:00 PM on August 16, 2025. Only guests who have valid Eventbrite tickets and arrive on time will be entered into the draw for a free airline ticket to anywhere in the world.
